I'm from a State Reformatory Town so maybe this town doesn't hire men for daycare facilities?
I still don't think men should be babysitting really young kids,
I can think of situations that women not men should not be involved.

10 and 11 years ago i had 2 guy nannies back to back- so for about a year and a half i had mannies before they coined the term
a woman can have a b/f that gets her to do stuff or she can be a druggie and take the kid to questionable places
i mean character is character and we can all just judge best we can
monitor closely and get on with it
i hated to lose both of them but it was very good while it lasted

I would, but i would do a deep check on that person before i let anyone look after my kids, if i had them. why is this question aimed at a man, you seen the news lately? theres a grwoing concern that women now abusing kids, and not to be trusted with them. so the question should be asked would you employ a man or woman to look after your kids?

On here the polls may suit politicle correctness, in reality when a mother makes a decision to babysit her kids, in America at least, I bet 9 out of 10 would want a women to babysit her kids.
