Why would a woman taking a large dog for a walk be any different from a woman taking a small dog for a walk? Have I missed something here? Personally, I would much prefer a large dog (Boxer) to one of the minature dogs, but that's really to do with the character of many of the small breeds. Boxers absolutely love to go on adventures with you and so can share your interests and activities eg. mine used to go surfing, skateboarding, swimming, on boats, scrambling up rocks, bike rides, hillwalking etc

I agree with you Jan. What is the deal here. I have seven dogs big and small and I walk them every day. Do I change personalities when I walk one or the other?

I am a fairly tall person with a very short dog ....
He takes me for a walk each morning and a really long one in the late afternoon. I am so lucky.

This why you should always carry pepper spray, if the the dog is trained to attack and the woman recognizes you it is dangerous.

My last dog in Canada was a 200lb st bernard ive always had big dogs but im really thinking about a pug this time cause they are all personality and better for airplane travel It will be my 1st small dog
