You don't have enough options IMO. I read the bible more than once a week but not more than once a day.

Why ask that question? You should know ur religion by heart.Everyone takes religion different.
Yep, had to read my holy book, the workshop manual for Royal Enfield 350 Bullet TWICE today! God, I hate replacing cylinder head gaskets. I mean without my holy book I would be operating in the dark.

The book may be something someone needs to remember. If you live by the rules than why the BOOK?

Isn't it an individual choice? Do we compare or rate our spiritual journey to another in thinking that we are more pure or holy in some way? Anyone can read, but do they absorb, ponder and learn?
I think each of us has to do what works for us as individuals. The desire and discipline to discover and learn comes from within - not the motivation to spend more time or read more than another person. I think that's got little to do with it.
As with any activity - quality over quantity is a better measure to go by and only that is something that each person can assess for themselves.
