thank you. that's exactly what I said earlier. there are Africans who are not Black just as there Blacks who are not Africans.
I worked before with a white woman here in Toronto from South Africa. I know a few white folks from Kenya. My doctor or GP in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada is white from South Africa.
Also being romantic has to do with the person himself.
I have dated a Black American who was romantic and a white French man who was romantic. Also what I consider to be romantic may not be romantic for someone else.
American men's romance is directly related to how American Women behave .........it's a very simple equasion really ....
