Jamess1974: wat u mean mature quicky wat my 15 years of service in the army was noting im jus enjoying myself on the road
A suggestion, visit your local emergency dept. and see for yourself what driving like that can do to people. Maybe you will think twice about it in future.
lifeisadream: Yes, people who have great cars to race they do not take chances and they race in proper places.
Here some things do not add up with this new member and he sasys he was racing at 290 km/hr on the streets??
Who belives so?
It may be a load of crap but it still pissed me off big time. All I can think about is the 3 people I lost because of STUPID NEGLIGENT people who wanted to show off and did not know when to slow down.
Jamess1974: i didnt kill anyone so im not a crimal...and wats the big deal when im in germay on the autoban i go faster than that
When the Germans first decided to have no speed limit on the autobahn, cars couldn't go that fast. And over time so many people got hooked on speeding that they can't change the law now without a lot of opposition. But it's ridiculous to allow people to go that fast, they risk killing innocents.
Jamess1974: it was on a motorway...and anyway i dont care i hav nothing left both my parent are dead. so im not really afraid of dieing
Fine, many people lose thier perants, its not a nice thing to go through, but they dont go out and act in a way where they could kill someone elses perants, child or whatever. Kill yourself by all means, but go and do it where no else is going to suffer.

Why don't you race on a track instead, It's a lot safer for the general public...I don't know what you have over there, but we have amateur drag races, and oval dirt tracks here in the US...
I think Everyone in here is right i never taught to my self that i could kill sumone else..Sorry everyone..anyway the engine broke down on the audi so i got my self a audi a4 and yes i will be doing no more speeding..Sorry everyone

Jamess1974: ...
Where do you do the racing exactly. so people in Ireland who are getting back home or going to business or what ever reason, early hours in the morning will NOT get into your way?

You could've also killed yourself.Next time go out on a back road somewhere with no people around.

yes but you may take some other people with you when you die, people who are not ready to die or be killed by your negligence have you thought about that?

I am so sorry for the persons you lost we all have because of stupid people, most of the time because of speed and alcohol...
There are statistics for the drivers and killings of themselves and others. The teen's being the most dangerous after 20 the probability of getting killed or kill someone diminishes.
I do have 2 children and my son got his first car until he was over 20 before I was taking my children everywhere and that was so embarraring for them (and a burden some to me) that my son would ask me to drop him 2 blocks before the University so his friends would not see his mother driving him.
But I did learn to drive when I was 15 yro and I can tell you we did race and some friends got badly hurt in one event lucky for me I was not with them that day. We all did learn the lesson and none was death, no more racinng after that.
And do not ask about our parents, they where great parents and we did every thing witho out ther knowing.
time4fun4u: Thousands upon thousands of people leave the military with combat service, and dont act in this way.
And that's why they call the recent veterans "generation kill" I suppose.
I had close dealings with the VVAW during the Vietnam War and I hardly met any vietnam veterans who weren't very seriously affected.
Many were walking timebombs waiting to explode. And they ended up as social misfits and drug addicts. Of course those statistics never make the papers.

We used to drag race on the street when I was a teenager, I had some pretty hot Chevy's, back then, but we used a deserted blacktop country back road that no one had any reason to travel on especially late at night...but after the cops got word of the location we had to take our racing to the local drag strips, which was more competitive and fun...plus no tickets or license suspensions .
