Makes my point. Lied to the insurer, then insurance is totally invalid. Criminal intent.
Even if you changed/modified the car part way into the year, still a criminal offence to drive without declaring modifications to your insurance agent.
Still counts as having no insurance, because the insurance company will not pay up in the case of an accident.
If you would have no concience around that, then it is to be wondered what else you are doing that breaks the law........

gussi: Hi Ginger, if he had been here in Germany he would have had to go for the MPU (Nutters test) after he got his licence back which is doubtful.

James ..this issue is a bug bear for me as you can tell by my response..In a way I am trying to get through to you what your actions can lead you too...
On my 21st birthday, I was supposed to go with friends to another town..I was like you ..loved driving...I was making plans for my Bday party and couldnt go....I lost all 6 of my frinds that night.
A year later..I was hit by a speeding car, after a day of climbing an hiking, when I was on my way home..a woman hit me doing 100 mph and left me in a wheel chair for 18 months..I broke my back in 2 places and every other bone in my body for the exception of the bones in my face..I spent 18 months in Rehab, lost my job, home..everything....I lost everything that I held dearly..I still dream about climbing today..I use it as a method of visualisation in order to cope with the pain I am in today form my head to toe..

Try doing a u-turn to get back on the motorway before you go through the toll gates if you turned off on the wrong exit...7000euro I heard from a reliable source.
there's too much risk of somebody driving into you at the tolls.
Of course, how stupid do you have to be to try going back up the ramp you just came off the motorway???
If you were racing, then you deserve the 3000 euro fine...too many innocent people have been hurt by street racers.

I didn't even intend to tell him that, because he will drive to other parts of the country now, at speeds way over the limit, endangering the rest of the country, to get to the venues to race.

blimey ..... there's plenty of motorways around ireland these day's, indeed the cork/dub/belfast motorway is over 500kms long nd there have been counless motorways been build over the last 5/6 years .... hence the country is broke
