Sure the law is just on the books.

But if a administrators use of the rules and regulation is different manner than the legislative law.... then he has diverts from the law....any legal recourse to that?

Because I have been here for 60 years, I have never heard of one of our SES prosecuted for a breach of law. And if you wish to tell me that all 3,500 to 5,000 SES are prefect in their interpretation of the law...........in the 1000s....likely 1000s of legal issues that come before them annually.

Like I was telling Dude....our rules and regulations CFRs is more a direction of the SES on how to administer their agencies, than it is a applicable to business and civilians.

Would you say this is fair statement?

If Obama wants more rules and regs on his agences in a trade for a executive signature on a health care repeal bill....I am sure the REP will give him all the rules and regs he wants.

Hiati goes from really bad to to really really bad.

Baby Doc Duvalier is back in town. 25 yeas ago he was the dictator that ran the place. When the Hiatians kicked him out. He fled out of the country.

The Hiatian I know locally had nothing good to say about Baby Doc.Most thought he was tied into voodo and black magic. he had been exiled to France. Btu a year ago, the Hiatian gov't siad he could come back if he faces the charges of possible crimes.

Now he comes back, 1 year after the earthquake and when little of the foreign aid is coming in. There is only one reason. He can regrap power.

He can use the civil disorder to get a group of supporters together....and then slowly and surely move against any opposition. Some in the Camps are already applauding his return.

How ever this spells out, it does not spell out good for the Haitians.

I know that the Obama administrstion likely could do little to keep him out. He not moving under a US passport. But dang.....first a earthquake, then Cholera and now Baby Doc?

I saw some of the street imagse of the civil unrest.....straight out of South Africa..formation runs of gangs of 100 to 200 black men. They come to a government check point....they stop and throw rocks. And word is mass rapes are occuring in the camps.

Baby Doc is going to tie into those street gangs get them armed....and instead of rocks.....it is Ak-47 times in Hiati.
Any bets our friend Hugo Chavez with his two new AK-47 factories does have a salesman knocking on Baby Doc door right now?

This is like a really bad night mare that is coming true for Hiati. The UN needs to get in here big time and ASAP.

And the most thrilling news of the day...Iran, Venezula and Libya....all want OPEC to push teh price of barrel of crude to $!00. Presently it at around $90.

I suspect that increase...would be enough to hit the $4.25-$4.50 range at the pumps.

Now this is pretty calculated in my book. These three countries know Obama has not got his energy act together. So they bump the price of crude get the increase in gas...making money, at the smae time they further weaken the US economy and the dollar. Bringing the country closer to major inflation crisis.

Not only that OPEC stand a pretty good chance to honor their rate increase. Some of OPEC will resist the increase. But then all start looking at the increased revenues....from the increase....and greed graps them and they just cannot say no.

Don't kid yourself that the middle east peace talks don't play into this as well. That and Iraqi and Afghanistan. They are all contributing factors to why Iran wants a price increase.

Not to mention....those sanctions of Iraq. Iran is playing chicken with the Obama Administation on this. First one to blinks on his position, loses. Obama blinks Iran gets the nuc and the price increase. Pres A blinks....then then inspectors are sent in and and maybe Mousavi makes another run.

My advice....write your Congressman..tell him it is nice day outside and you don't mind walking. Support our sanctions on Iran, by reducing your fuel consumption.

One other thing....when you write your congressman....tell him to expand offshore drilling and Alaskan drilling. Let us get American energy independant....so we don't have to play games with these three.
