As Obama annonunced under his campain in 2007... he was going to work toward a much safer world with less numbers of weapons of mass destruction and this president have certainly kept this honorable goal of him and America and Russia have signed under Start and are going to reduce numbers of WMD,s by a third and I am definate that America and Russia are going to work more close and to gether and against forces of hatered and terrorism and a whole world will become a much safer place becasue of this cooporation and because of a man with a bright vision on power in America.
