My advice is to take some photos of yourself in good natural daylight, so your skin tone and eye color comes out accurately, then use that to try out different haircolors online.
There are hair salons that have virtual hairstyle programs that you can use as well... I've seen them here in the Netherlands.
It's a huge step from brunette to blonde, so make sure it won't look horrible before you do it. I could never pull off blonde myself, though I was fabulous as a redhead for several years.

I've tried it and there's a potential problem: t may not work out fully if you have red pigment in the hair like brunettes usually do. The regular peroxidin stuff may make it yellow instead of white

Which is why making a major hair color change should be done by a professional. That's what I did when I went red years ago.

My natural hair color is brunette but I color it a light ash blond. Most natural blonds have light colored eyes and skin tone so blond works for me. Only your hairdresser knows for sure
