well i would say it depends one what the complications are in the other persons live..if they would interfere with having more then a friendship..then maybe wait..if not ..keep as friend but look else where for a relationship..JMO

Yes I feel if this person wants no comittment, then You only have a penpal, and they clearly told you they arent wanting committment, Then Yes walk on, you seem to be waisting you life at a stop sign, sorry, but been there, done that, You have nothing in my opinion...

I would probably give it about 6 months ...... because in that time you can learn about a person, without the pressure. Friendship is a great base to start a relationship. Sometimes I think we try to rush ahead too fast. As well, though, I'd probably continue dating others - you don't want to put your life on hold because someone else can't make up their mind. I don't think you can put a number on anything like this. I've no personal experience of anything like this. I have only been involved with men who were totally free. I think that's the best policy. Don't get involved with someone who is not free, body and soul.------ This poll is Archived ------

I forgot to add the part about it being a LDR. We met one time about eight months ago, and we have be on the web cam every night almost for about one and a half years or so.iamwhoiamyousee, I agree with you, there are complications, and these are probably not going to change anytime soon.
