India has it's own space program, more millionaires that the UK but still receives £350 million per year in humanitarian aid from the UK.
Why is this ? If it is not within the Indian culture to care for it's own why should the international community be expected to do so.....

Let me try this again....I voted US....not China, and certainly not Russia...If only given three choices, I felt India, rather than Russia, would be a better choice...and it really didn't matter to me anyway ... You said China was the "emerging" superpower....So...does that mean you consider US the "current" World superpower?....And you don't have to answer if you don't want to Tom...
