You can't blame the citizens of a country for the actions of it's leaders. I'm sure that the majority of Pakistan citizens have no hatred toward America, we have been a source of financial support and undoubtedly support them Militarily. Having said that, it does make some sense that the Government of Pakistan may have looked the other way, knowing Bin Laden was there...maybe the act of looking the other way was a result of Al-Qaeda not targeting any Pakistani interests...that's an act of the Government, not it's citizens.

Ali, I like you. I like a number of Pakistani people I've known. But I'm not delusional and I know that the government of Pakistan cannot be trusted. It's been clear for quite some time that the Pakistani government, or at least some very influential parts of it, have covered for and given aid to Osama Bin Laden.

Actually if you look at the compound.....via satellite imagery.....is more a prison that a fortress. Only one entry point. High walls with barb wire on top. Compound buildings with few entry points.
