I have an assortment of animals including a dog. I prefer cats because you don't have to take them out when they need to go and tend to get jealous when you give attention or food to the cats.

I hate cats with a passion. I just don't see the point in them. They only want to know you at feeding time and think it's cool to bring in a dead thing. Bring something useful at least, but no. It's a sodding sparrow or mouse.
Much prefer dogs. At least they serve a purpose better than being fur dispensers.

I'm more of a dog person when it comes to family members and best friends, but I've come to understand and appreciate cats having a number of feline aquaintances in the village.

In my younger days I used to work and live down the street from an Irish pub, they always had a sunday roast beef brunch. Well one day, I notice my tomcat dragging something under the sofa...It took me a couple of minutes to figure out that he had stolen the roast beef from the brunch and dragged it all the way home!!! O man!! For two three days you couldnt get near him under the sofa he would turn into a growling wild cat if you tried...It took him that long to devour the roast beast!! When I went to work they were all carrying on about how someone had stolen the roast beef from the brunch!!!I never told them!!

The funny part is it was bigger than him...I dont know how long it took him but it left a trail of raggedy roast beef behind him...It was probably half the size by the time it got it under the sofa...Determined or what
