In case you missed it in earlier conversation, I live and work in Afghanistan but I am an American and a retired service member to boot. That's why you're poor attempt at intimidating me over your "military training" comment was viewed as being so sophmorishly pathetic.
Perhaps you served, perhaps not, but based on your comments here today, I would suspect that you're either being less than honest about that service or you're one of those that had an unfortunate mental illness resulting in a medical discharge.
I really hope you get in tuoch with the VA or another agency that can help you.

See, that's the problem. You join the army as a young man and instead of doing your job like a soldier is supposed to, you spend your term with a predetermined self originated task - to fix the army.
Did you ever try working and taking orders or is that for everybody else? You joined as a know nothing private and made it your job to run the show, check up on the Colonel's wasting of resources even though you had no idea of what the overall task was, what resources were allocated and what forces were being coordinated.
I can see where and when you may have gone off the track - from the beginning.
