I, personally am trying to shift a few lbs! Don't get me wrong, I am not particularly uncomfortable in my own skin, the only thing than bothers me is that men perhaps are really put off by a woman thats not super slim.
So, what do you men folk think? If the woman is healthy is that more important than weight or dress size?
Put off by any weight entirely?
Would you be OK if you knew she was aware she could do with losing a few lbs and was ding something about it?
Do you like women to be carrying a bit of weight?
And to the girls....
Do we care what men think?
Are you happy no matter what your weight and think your bloke should be too?

i dont mind a girl with a small bit of weight something to grab hold off lol dont like girls who are to skinny can be a big turn off.
God, there's nothing worse than catwalk model-skinny. The bony spindly arms always remind me of creepy crawlies. As has been said,it's more about frame, and how the lady in question carries it. Any extremes are going to be unattractive. But I don't see any of the girls on this thread with that problem
personally im not happy with my body, iv put on a stone in the last few months and really not liking it. being tall i dont look as heavy as i am but that doesnt make me feel any better about it. my sisters wedding is in november and iv to fit into a size 10 dress for it so my plan is to get more active during the summer. never had much confidence and i would be the type that worries about what others think of me and how they see me

That was me
I honestly think when a woman who's overwight says "im happy with myself" she's lying Fair enough not everyone should be a size 10, but i think that's the right size for a woman. Alot of people will disagree with what i'm saying but it's just my opinion.

a size 10 for every woman is just unrealistic, if i was a size 10 id look like a skeleton cause im just under 6ft tall

I was thinking tha S. but didnt you say in a previous post that you have to fit into a size 10 dress for your sisters wedding?
At this stage in my life a size 10 I have found is unrealistic, I have had 4 kids and am approaching 50. I am not using that as an excuse, I feel most comfortable at a size 12.
