Poisonous, aluminium phosphide has been used for suicide. Fumigation has also caused unintentional deaths, such as examples in Saudi Arabia and the United States. Known as "rice tablet" in Iran, for its use to preserve rice, there have been frequent incidents of accidental or intentional death. There is a campaign by the Iranian Forensic Medicine Organization to stop its use as a pesticide. Aluminium phosphide poisoning is considered a wide-scale problem in the Indian subcontinent.
It is used as a fumigant when other pesticide applications are impractical and when structures and installations are being treated, such as in ships, aircraft, and grain silos. All of these structures can be effectively sealed or enclosed in a gastight membrane, thereby containing and concentrating the phosphine fumes. Fumigants are also applied directly to rodent burrows

In the 21st century there have also been some attempts by Chinese winemakers to make wine from fish. An American winemaker has also produced wine from army worms, which received favorable reviews from some wine experts. In Scotland, one winery has experimented with making wines from vegetables such as carrots and turnip. In the United States, recipes have been published online demonstrating how wine can be made from marijuana by adding winemaking yeast to a boiled mixture of marijuana, honey, lemons and oranges. Dandelion is a Country wine having Celtic origins, and popular in regions across Europe and the Eastern United States. There is palm wine from west Africa from palm tree. This is the same tree from which the red Palm oil is obtained.

Hey Rob there is actually a fella in the Strzlecki's, Bruno, who makes and sells a range of fruit wines.
All I know is the blackberry wine is good but it knocks your socks off!
Vodka is a distillation process, you need a still to make it, where as wine is a fermentation process as described in your previous posts.
Not sure how legal stills are, pretty sure in Victoria you need a permit to distill alcohol. Not sure if you can even distill essential oils in a still without a permit... the government wants its taxes..

You can make good liquor macerating fruit or lemon or orange peels in Undenatured ethyl alcohol and water. You can use syrups. Be care: never methyl alcohol, which can kill you or make you blind.
