RE: When I don't know..

Seaworthy, the man is dead, he died, saying he "passed" doesn't make his condition any less serious.

All that glitters......

My word, molly, you're insatiable. blushing

All that glitters......

Your best bet is to call round first thing any morning, molly. After that it's kinda hit and miss.

All that glitters......

Not even when it's a funny bone, molly? Okay, let's call it enough.

All that glitters......

I think we should wait until someone charming turns up, Cervatilla, someone with a soft spot for Gary. He would be disappointed if we started without him.

A sad tale, indeed.

Well, we can leave our body to science, Ekself, which would make use of it. Maybe you could leave yours to a Chinese restaurant.

A sad tale, indeed.

My understanding of quantum physics is probably less than my understanding of poetry, Daniela. Even so, I would be fascinated to see how you connect it to Lewis Carroll and Alice.

A sad tale, indeed.

Hi, CestMero, yes, I agree with you but I wouldn't want anyone to think there was a serious intent behind this blog.

A sad tale, indeed.

Ekself, the "at least" in your comment suggests you think there was some consolation in being eaten. I'm afraid I can't see any, myself.

A sad tale, indeed.

Daniela, it's not quite the kind of poetry you usually favour. Lewis Carroll was more philosophical than spiritual, as am I, or so I would like to think. Funnily enough, although it is kind of a nonsense poem, I find it makes more sense to me than most "serious" poetry. But you are right, I don't usually venture into poetry at all.

Namaron

Twin Peaks was a well known TV series, but, evidently, not as well known as I thought. It had a surreal atmosphere about it and I had difficulty following the plot. It is in these two respects that I find your blogs similar to it. I didn't mean the observation in a negative way, you could even take it as a compliment, if you like.

RE: "STILL THIS WAY"

Your blogs are not unlike the more obscure episodes of Twin Peaks, namaron.

A sad tale, indeed.

Hello, C. I hope you're not going to blame me if you now feel compelled to re-read the book.

A sad tale, indeed.

Only read it again if you really want to, itchy. hug

RE: Holy Shiiiiit !

What's the chain for? Surely that thing's not plumbed in.

RE: DEAR SIMMO

Is he dead?

RE: DEAR SIMMO

Yes, ash, it's amazing how one can randomly dig up rubbish from way back in 2012. I may write a blog in the near future if you want any up to date rubbish.

RE: Marching to Jerusalem Promise made Promise kept

Being an idiot hardly makes him stand out round here.

RE: COMMENTS For My '(Troll) Trouble Brewing?' Blog -

The problem is that the trolls are often the most interesting part of the thread.

Ash, please don't encourage me to get involved in a conversation that may lead to my good name being tarnished.

RE: Coffee Talk -

This is no time to be thinking about coffee with all the trouble brewing in the Middle East.

RE: (Troll) Trouble Brewing?

I'm just disappointed the blog isn't about coffee.

RE: Photo Caption Contest - See Turtle :) (Yes, pun was intended)

No, I'm not exaggerating, it really is this long.

I remember wondering which one of the three milk stout maidens was responsible for putting that smile on Albert Tatlock's face.
