The older you get the more cumbersome it gets to care for long hair and to colour and care for hair is expensive, so pensioners keep it short and simple saving time, saving money... practical approach
Coffee, Well I won't be hugging or kissing my parents today that's for sure...(despite that they are still alive, both of them) but I will make sure my kids get plenty and thank you for this inspirational theme I'm pleased that all your creative ideas worked out so nicely
Adam, Naw, that's not weird...coffee does have a nice aroma I like the smell of rum and maple pipe tobacco and cherry stone cigars, but I don't smoke it the smell of canvas (tent) is another strange smell that gives me good feelings.
S-Tan, I would like to be positive and happy in life, you see hun...do I even need to tell you that I have experienced darker hours they are not nice to say the least... I think we all have had moments when we certainly don't appreciate things and we take them for granted too. All I know is that I would like to be happy rather than sad Thank you for your sweet comment
Bsooner, a cool breeze on a hot summers day now that is something to smile about You have said some nice positive things Itchy, I agree with Bsooner, that if anybody is telling you that you are anything less than wonderful then and don't believe them.
Itchywitch, thank you for your kindness, I try to stay positive I don't perfectly achieve this all the time but I wanted to encourage others to look for positives as I feel it can lift your spirits...
The worst enemy we have for self image is our own negative thoughts... Stay as lovely as you are Itchy
Paul, I think that the birds will feel safe up in the tree I certainly hope to achieve it, I love the different chirps Well I have heard different calls when birds see danger, but my cats won't hang around the tree all day... I hope They are certainly a lazy pair of kitties and choose mostly to sleep in the house all day...
Parti, sounds like a happy little family you've got there
Well thank you for saying "hello" to your Meggsie for me... I patted Coco for you and she Meooowed ! Nick less vocal, but looked at up at me with his cute face very lovingly...most appreciated, thank you...
Paul, the pets we have are a constant source for smiles, your dog sounds like an interesting character
something else that I do for my own enjoyment is: I have started attracting birds to the garden, I have bird seed in feeders, also apples and a constant supply of water... I am hoping that gradually the birds will return to feed in this beautiful tree and chatter away again someday as they did before... when the previous tennants were feeding them.
Paul, how cute... that your dog makes a laughing sound My ginger cat Nick, sounds like he is laughing in his sleep and purrs the loudest I have heard any cat purr Sure he could win a purring competition
Frank, hahaha! I am anything but qualified or good enough to teach even my own language I too am still only a student... I often make spelling mistakes, but I think blogging helps to improve writing skills, spelling, grammar etc. Anyway we don't need spelling cops, as long as we express feelings and get messages accross, the odd typo or spelling mistake should be insignificant...
Cloud9 a.k.a David, thank you for the compliment I receive compliments often, nothing makes me smile more than when it comes from somebody I also admire
Mman, yes this is especially true I remember some of my very first friends when I was a little girl... keeping secrets was one of the BIGGEST girlie friendship rules
