Have a glass of water or an apple before a meal and use a smaller plate also helps. better to have a lot of small meals than 3 big ones as the old belly stretches and just wants more.
They are pretending to be someone that they are not. False people As soon as you see the changes move on cause if anything as time go by they should be becoming so more close and loving towards you.
Personally i feel anyone who jumps into a new relationship is selfish, you have to be careful of the childrens feelings.JMO. You have to tread gently, kids can resent a new partner, thinking that their mum might be taken away from them. My kids when young, were my first priority, i was second. But as time went on i found someone and they think he is great. I also believe don't jump into a relationship just after a break up,You need to know yourself again and what you want out of life and it might be a rebound which isn't fair on the new partner.
