My nickname Welela was given to me by a friend. It is Cherokee and is almost the name of the hummingbird. The Cherokee name for hummingbird. The right words i Walala and not Welela, but got so close I do not want to change my name. I've used it as a nickname several places and I've been called Welela too in real life. There is a story why she choose the name Welela to me, but that is something I keep to my self.

I live in the land of snow and cold. I prefer not snow and not too cold, but what can I do? Nothing, I just have to hang in here and wait for the summer to arrive. Still no snow, but it has snowed here too. But it rained away the next day... today we have sunshine and mild weather, around 6 C. That is not bad for the season... but I will make it true this winter too. My first wait is for the sun to turn on the 22th of December,then for the days to get lighter and so on. But I will tell you to hang in there, spring will come sooner or later!
