ye, those old cars are made like tanks. mine saved my life aswell once, I fell asleep, and woke up driving in the bushes with my foot still on the accelerator, heading for a tree.
the car was still in one piece when I got out to have a look, cause the metal was so strong.
Get yourself checked out though, you could have internal damage.
I had broken ribs, but only felt it the next day. and after that I couldnt even breath without grasping in huge pain.
