Fo me the way to cope with age is just do lots of excersise, learn languages ( currently Spanish), eat well and healthily,

i'm going through the same kind of crisis since turng 50 and for the past two years I've still not found my way out..
As you said, some say piercings help, and younger men too, but unfortunately i wouldn't be brave enough to try any, but if i had to... i know which one i'd opt for
