Ana haa a question as to what should be done to the humans displaced in the work industry. Here's my recommendation. We as human beings must move out of the city. Soread out in the vast countryside of the world. We should be given land to cultivate, with the help of AI, and live simply. Is it possible? I sure hope so.
My regimen is simple, I don't eat what my body can't burn. Period.
I do 100 push up a day, 35 increments. 100 seat ups. Since covid I got me my own tread mill, stationary bike and 1 hour on each three times a week. I used to go to the gym all my life until the covid.
I'm 72 and slim and toned. Not easy unless your body us trained.
