I grew up raising goats and other animals as my father was a farmer. I was used to drinking goat milk everyday. I don't drink anymore because that taste remained in my buds and only the whole milk taste as the closest to it. Then we're told about the bad things it does to your health. I tried Almond and I don't like it. There's an article that puts: hemp, oats, almond, coconut milk in order as the best for our health.
