I'm confused because he made a post saying he is banned..When you are given time out from posting or permanently banned from the site you can't make a post at all..Swami often hides his profile

I'd done some trading with local Amish folks & had acquired a Shoo Fly Pie. I reckoned it was Waayyy Too Much for one & it became part of one of our Stone Soups.

I'd dealt with Midwestern Amish - As I recall, their pie was Quite a bit different & included Apple Cider Vinegar.
While sitting 'round the patio, I noticed flies did Not go near that pie, which I attributed to the vinegar - Hence the "Shoo Fly" name ... dunno
So stone soup isn't made from stones?...Shoe fly doesn't mean the pie is served with a fly?
