A few months ago I bought a fridge that cost 5 grand..She's awesome
She's massive for one bloody person that's for sure
The four doors are a white matte glass..Side & back is black..Slim line cross between to doors is black
No handles poking out..Touch & she opens..Underneath the doors are hidden moulds where you can manually open & close the four doors if you choose to do so
Two top doors have a slime line when you touch they light up a pretty blue
Walk close to the fridge & those two pretty slime line blue lights glow
Let's just say if I was ever going to be interested in a blogger or someone who posts on the forums on any site I would go through his post history to see if what he ever told me on the phone matched what he had to say about things in his post history..
In saying the above I will never be interested in any man who posts on forums or blogs on any site let alone CS
Don't need to be a doctor to tell you what you have found out..You have often mentioned what you consume yet you wouldn't listen to those of us who gave you the advice you should of put in long ago..You need to exercise too..Just go for a brisk walk for 45 minutes either before work or after work

I suffer with sciatica on my left side..Of course it hurts when you stretch but you can't stretch & say tht hurts I'm not doing that anymore..Stretch for half an hour & if you know how to stretch properly for Sciatica you can't go wrong..I use my Pilates ring as well..There are a zillion different stretches..stretch for 3 minutes with each different stretch & if you have the time repeat those stretches..Stretch every day & night if you can
