Johnny I understand where you're coming from & I applaud your time & thoughtfulness in what you give back to the community.
I had a huge health scare..I should be dead doctors have no clue how I survived..It was so scary I took a year off work too scared to walk out my door in case it happened again..When doctors can tell you the why's then you have comfort in that and you know what to do and what not to do..They didn't have any answers as to why my health scare happened to me after so many tests..
To cut a long story short one of my girlfriends dragged me to a gym..I was kicking and screaming because I thought people who attended gyms were weird
That gym gave me back my life..I have never looked back & yes I motivate people..Where I come from it's all about empowering woman we are not about putting woman down nor rubbishing woman..Those who do that lead very miserable putrid lives
May seem unproductive to you but it's like this..I have my intense workout regime because it's one of my favourite hobbies..Did it ever occur to you that many of us who are into exercise are able to put time into helping others besides just exercising and being employed to earn a good crust?
Of course I don't have the skills build a house but believe me when I say I help friends with their homes in other ways who are suffering.
I would be more about those who spend way too many hours on the internet rather than those of us who love to exercise,
Well I haven't lived as I should live since the 26th of June..I'm not going to waste my time on worrying about it all...All I know is I'm getting out there Z
Last year I played on one of your blogs when we were in lockdown with the Alpha strain..This time around I have been in lockdown since the 26th of June because of the Delta strain..On the 11th of October there is some kind of freedom for those of us vaccinated..I haven't seen family or friends since June..This lockdown has been a zillion times worse than last years lockdown
They say when it comes to freedom again we must all look at it like we're all bound to get the virus..Those of us vaccinated have a lesser chance of being in hospital and possibly on life support..I listened to my health official s here..Governments as you know take advice form their health officials reason why rules are implemented as far as lockdown is concerned whether we like those rules or not.
When I was growing up my parents had rules in place..I also had rules in place for my son as he was growing up..Imagine the bloody world if we all did what we wanted to do.
We have a Covid pill arriving here so when you have the early symptoms you take this pill twice a day which shows to be very affective..From the first of November we can purchase our own covid testing package from the Chemist..
Anyway sorry for my novel..get out there and live life to the max & good seeing you again
I haven't been able to bloody work since the 26th of June..I live in a classified hot spot..I haven't seen bloody family nor friends since the bloody 26th of June so don't even dare hit me up with you think you know everything..Governments listen to health experts..None of you here are bloody virologists..I lead a very very healthy life style..I have a superb immune system but I'm still high risk..Don't even get me started about people I know who ended up in hospital or those I know whoi are still suffering at home..No underlying problems..As healthy as I yet are suffering..You anti vaxers on here do what pleases you but stop yapping at us who listen to real health experts..It's my business what I choose to do as it is yours..All these anti vax blogs are pathetic
I'm vaccinated so yes if I was to find myself in a position as far as as dating is concerned he would have to be vaccinated..If I was to date a man not vaccinated it would defeat the purpose of me being vaccinated..I'm still high risk regardless of my gym regime & healthy life style..If a man wasn't interested in me because I'm vaccinated that's cool by me because my health comes first.

I will never ever forget..I remember that gut wrenching day like it was yesterday..I listened to a man who survived from way way up..Huddled in a corner on the stairs because the stairs had hundreds of people..Where he was positioned it gave way.. Laying on his back on a small slab of concrete who woke up on that small slab of concrete..The way he described all from start to finish was astonishing.
