Missing someone

perhaps it's the absence of joy and sharing one's life with someone we find dear. the absence of the reciprocity of earned trust. the desire to call and realizing they're no longer here.

At a certain age you usually are missing "something"..

I miss all the tattooed girls that I wasn't attracted to...

If you are separated by distance, you can still sense them, think about them, miss holding them when you sleep.

If you are separated by their death, it's the total loss of contact. Some believe that they are no longer afflicted by age or disease and can hear you. But whatever the case you cannot hear or hug them.

I try to console myself with the belief that's it's not goodbye, but so long for now. You'll meet again. And in the meantime, your dearly departed are no longer in pain.

You still miss them.

Sometimes a person (family member or friend) can be here physically but in another frequency.

If and when the frequencies match again, then they are back in your life.

As for those who have passed, they are also here, but in another dimension or plane.

People are never gone...their spirit is still with us, but in another timeframe.

We always miss what we don't have, but we don't even appreciate what we have.
