This is the new New York Attorney General that is going after Trump. If she is anywhere near as crooked as the guy she replaced Trump doesn't have a thing to worry about. Mostly likely this is just politically motivated nonsense.

The cost to start up a 70 cow dairy farm would be at nearly 3 million dollars, not counting land and equipment. Canada went from nearly 140,000 dairy farms in the 60's to less than 12,000 today. The average dairy farm owner makes about 60% more than the average Canadian. Trudeau is buying votes from Quebec and Ontario where most of the farms are located. The quota system makes it nearly impossible for new people to get into dairy farming unless they inherit it.
The quickest way to abandon your property here is to not pay your property taxes. And if you don't mow the grass and let weeds grow up they'll take care of it for you and send you the bill.
