fly that is a terrible thing to say, all this trouble has nothing to do with colour, I am surprised you came out with that. Megan and her mother were so welcomed by the queen and the rest of the royals.

Harry more than megan should have said before the lavish wedding spent on them and public adoration that they wanted out. I do not think it was a snap decision either.

hi snookum yep I agree with you. He was and is not stuck in the rut of old style politics and does it his way, correcting his mistakes along the way. I like him for that and he gets on with our queen, treated her with every due respect, and the both even did that punch thing together. Loved it

when my equipment arrives I will take pick and show you.

All to do with lung health full stop.
4k weights hopefully, not a cycle machine but a step one takes up less room and a gadget to improve or keep lungs at a stable place.
Rest for me is power walking for 2-3 miles a day when not actual exercising.

cham am well now, but busy buying gym equipment for home as sometimes the need to go the gym in bad weather puts me off. All to keep me out of breath and fit. Keep chest muscles strong nope not larger just no sags and strong

I cannot eat yogurt with fork

but got to admit too recycling everything, food like carrot tops, oouter cabbage leaves etc, paper, plastics, but unknown whether my council do the same with my waste

I do buy 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 cabbage, 1 pepper, to make coleslaw with. Our supermarket have an open string bag for single items so that's step in right direction.

But crispies with a fork closed up kinda fork, and milk in coffee
