There is no financial investment case for buying a standard Corvette. It's primarily a psychic value benefit... less so a transportation comfort benefit.

Contrary to the fake news promulgated around the world, the US is at the forefront of environmental management the same way it is at the forefront of every other area of technology. We probably recycle more plastics than any other country in the world. That's how we handle that.
Reusable bags, made from a sustainable product such as hemp, are better than any single-use bags.
First, reusable bags are disgusting and a health hazard. They harbor dangerous germs from the food and can make you sick or even kill you. It's unsanitary.
Second, America probably uses more plastic bags than any country in the world. Yet we produce very little plastic waste. So what's wrong with it? Obviously America does a phenomenal job on managing plastic so that it does not cause pollution. So why ruin our lives over something that isn't even a problem?
If people really cared about the environment it wouldn't be America they bash, but China and those other countries. So why don't they do that? Because they don't care about the environment. They only use the environment excuse as a cynical front to take pot shots at America.
