I too met my girl on this site. we married. it has only been terrific. will it work? probably. we're both older, been married before, have grown children, so, our needs are somewhat clear. "do you believe everything that this person is telling you"? ...well, in this particular case...yes. but, that's my case, I suppose. not to question any others though. our lives are filled with more joy with every moment that passes. I would like to say thank you in behalf of the group and myself and I hope we passed the audition.
some of us are bold enough to reach out and grab it. we saw it, we asked for it, and it was given. allow yourself to be loved by another. one might be surprised, in the best way.

I've come to that point to accept that things may change, and am prepared (emotionally) to roll with it. has little to do with god or plans. we're all individual. I don't need a romantic notion of predestination to enjoy every single moment of every single day. I do. It's terrific! It's romantic. People are special, aren't they, Mary? I think that you are special and I've never even met you. you're a good person. I love good persons.
well, I could say, walking barefoot through my fields, which would be a very fine choice. however, I think that I will opt for walking barefoot through my fields with my daughter, my new wife, my new son, our three dogs and two cats. yes, I think I'll take a walk.
I am an US citizen. Of course, your ideas on health care are that which many regard as humane. I share your opinion. As to your remarks about Americans and American media, I suggest to you that oftimes it is necessary to listen a wee bit deeper than only the loudest noise to gauge the will of a populace. That is the problem with the United States, and much of the western world, perhaps the world at large. Our citizens don't read. Nor listen. The block to universal healthcare is the idea of capitalism itself, where individuals and groups are merely driven to strive forward to that place where only profit trumps and rewards. The real question to ask is "who shall give the first dollar"? It's a metaphor. Oh, by the way, Christianity and religion as a whole, have little to do with charity. In the histories of countries, widely written into law, are measures to protect the status quo. For the ones in power have always been the rich and mighty. Some believe, as I do, that if US citizens were to embrace the values of their own Democratic party, small advances may be made possible in the name of goodwill for fellow man. We might begin to wedge an opening of enlightenment into our hearts and souls. Most improbable. For then, we will have begun to actually regard others as a whole with more esteem than our own miserable paltry individual selves. Your final point is moot. Or rather, just more of the same. Humans are selfish, Christian and otherwise. We are born and then we die. "who shall give the first dollar"?

Western Pennsylvania, US. Don't necessarily recommend it, but the art school is terrific, Pittsburgh Academy, or some such name. A lot of room to move. A good mix of urban and rural influences. It's certainly not upper crust society, such as numerous european venues. But, they get a lot of snow. Laid back atmosphere. Jeeze, sounds like areas of Germany. There it is! You're off to Austria.
Subconscious sabbotaging? - oxymoron. I suppose that they might wish to meet someone with self-esteem. One with conscious personal regard of their own feelings, abilities, and ambitions.
