Since horses eye's are not connected to the same sensory perception area in the brain and they are very far-sighted, when a horse passes an object or something and then turn and see the same object on the other side...then it could get frightened as this does not register within the horse's mind that this one and same object is the one they just saw on the other eye!

Jim, There is enough men in todays society that have taken on way too much Ying (feminine) and the women have to carry more yang(masculine) and so the roles have been reversed. Should women wine and dine men and pay offer all? Then pay should be more equivalent.....You could always take your dates to like the Royal Fork Buffet...all you can eat or maybe set the mood at McDonalds!!! I like a masculine man....i like him to be manly and not expect me to be.
