Melatonin pills help. Or Chamomile Tea...triggers the sleep chemical in your brain. Don't drink pop or caffeine drinks and never take your problems to bed with you.
I think you are a good mum and I think you should think for yourself and just smile and nod when your parents say something you do not like. No conflict no opinion. Just smile and nod. Ok mum, you know you are always right!!
Just ask the Lord for discernment. Not everyone can be saved and perhaps if you can hear the voice f God then you wil know who to pour into and who not to.
