Pranoy-take some melatonin...great for ocd type behaviors. And evertime you think them...stop.....step outside yourself and ask, is this productive to my life and myself? If not..discard it. Everytime....stop...think....productive or non-productive...
Lgs..my two y9unger kids just moved out in August and we always ate at the table...I love that time together and when they come up we still do....I just got them a dining room set so they better invite me down and we can all sit together.....

Theik I will have to disagree with you...though I believe in duality...I use negative energy to "bounce off of....thoughts are as powerful as lightening bolts in the universe.....I do not know who taught you but Goood luck with that.I have no dillusions of granduer..lol.
