Hi Joseph, during the times it initially seemed that way, i eventually came to know that my felt sense of 'ending up with nothing' wasn't the case at all... i realized that in the space of 'giving it all' i fully received what i needed to more deeply Love
Equality seems everything here, for inside these beautiful relationships there is no helping of an ‘other’, per se, but a deeper acknowledgement that while you care for and bless the elders they are at the same time caring for and blessing you.
This recognition, that we are mutually serving one another, dissolves any adult or child need to be impressed (in any conventional sense of the word) because we are then simply left resting in a place where we’re able to continually gift and bestow upon one another the breathe of Love that we are
I find this sharing both poignant and beautiful LonelyfromAfrica
I’m reminded of the cycles or seasons of nature… how each one embodies a sacred place in time and then, recedes into the forever ..each one leaving a trace, if but in beautiful, beautiful, whispers
Hi Simmo I think this is the first time I've come across a blog of yours and it's really lovely. Thank you for sharing your beautiful experience with us. To know it all as Miracle just seems of great wisdom!
your previous post sounds differently socrates but nonetheless, okay, and we now have a very different question here.
In answer.. I don't know, but can only say that my immediate sense as to why they would teach otherwise is to solidify or justify their own internal or external comfort levels, whatever those comfort levels may be or refer to. Like many of us, they might have some very deep inner work to do.
Yes Socrates, your question is obvious and perhaps it’s equally as obvious that everyone here understands your question and has communicated, in one way or another, that Jesus was not financially rich.
Your friend asked your advice and you gave it. Let it be. As an adult, she'll do what she decides to do. Even if she takes the advice and then blames you, there's no 'bad guy'.. only someone who might need to start looking more deeply within herself so she can listen to what she already knows
no, since i essentially don't buy into it anymore$$$ i do celebrate the beauties of its essence though and any gifts i give are in keeping with imbued meaning
Hi teenameena, what matters is not what others are doing or are not doing. what matters is what you decide to do, in all things. your life, then, will essentially remain the reflection of whatever (or whoever) you commitment to.
hi SistaCallie, love seems an essence, our essence, the essence..
some of my favourite words on Love 'Love is the only reality and it is not a mere sentiment. It is the ultimate truth that lies at the heart of creation.' - Rabindranath Tagore
It seems we might in fact best serve ourselves and the world by keeping our individual minds unspoken such that, first and foremost, we truly allow ourselves to move into that space of inner silence that is present within each one of us.
By allowing this, we would firstly end any and all ignorance and arrogance that lies within each one of us. But, do we really want this? That movement requires taking intense responsibility for our inner state, rather than looking outside ourselves.
It seems that without a collective inner movement, what now outwardly appears in our world will continue. With collective inner movement, what appears outside ourselves will take care of itself. This is what my experience has brought me to, and so I share it.
If you have time, check out this free movie by 'Awaken The World' (http://www.awakentheworld.com/) called Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds. It deeply spoke to my Spirit when I watched it and I hope it can offer you something too. The movie is shown in four parts... here it is on youtube but it can also be seen on the inner worlds movie website
