My daughter and I watched Disturbia Friday night... and last night. It really was a good one. We both enjoyed it. It had her scared enough that she moved from the floor to the sofa with me.
I also have watched the Bourne Ultimatum. I loved it. I really like a good shoot 'em up action flik.
Wayne, I am so sorry for what you're going through. I agree, maybe moving out of the house you've shared with your son would be a good step to begin with. And yes, now you have to care for you. You want to be there and strong when he comes back to you.
I think that's unlikely because I'm not attracted to men with the same mentality as yours. I like men who like kids and dogs. We're a package, and if anyone were to have a problem with it, I don't want them around. Simple.
People always know about my daughter up front. I don't wait to tell them, either. I'm a mom. It's the most important thing I'll ever do. Why wouldn't I want someone I'm interested in to know. I'm certainly not ashamed of her. No one has EVER had a problem with me being a mom.
Can we please stay on topic for this one discussion? This is serious. The man has lost his children. Other people are pouring their hearts out to try to help this man. Petty squabbles and personal disagreements have no place in this thread.
Yep! Last night, Em took this hospital thingy that I had bought for her at a yard sale or something to play hospital with. She took the thing apart, cut the power cord, the whole nine yards.
During the night, the thing came on! The lights came on, the fan started running. It was wild! She said "Hi Adam" and it quit.
You know how spirits can mess with electrical things. Well, I was chatting online with Jenna today. In the middle of our chat, her keyboard stopped working. I said, "lol. Hi Adam!" She said, "you know he's here with both of his moms."
I just thought that was sweet. He called me mom and Em calls her mom.
Just throwing that out there. I was thinking about it.
