Yawn...we have been here and did this last summer. The American people rejected it in the mid term. It is being declared unconstitutional in our courts.

Here he wants the national medical records...into a massive data pool....so Assange's 100,000 friends can hack into it.....and make public any indiscriminate information for extortion and public comment.

That President Obama gave us a 1 page medical record at his candancy....should tell us that he is more than a little concerned
about the medical information on his own life becoming public. But for the average Joe American, it is more than fine for his medical records to be part of the world's knowledge data base. For a little wikileaking and later lose of reputation to friends and family.

The AMA is saying that about 70% on their more senior doctors are calling it quits as Obama care comes into being. Many have seen electronic IT systems come and go in their carrier. They are yawning at the perspective of having news ones forced on them by the government. It makes little sense that parties in Washington DC...know the details of a case in Topeka.

So one reason for the Doctor's coming work rebellion....is they don't want to spend the time, effort and money to learn new IT systems. Topeka has it own health and human service that collect the data on illnesses and injuries.....Washington does not need to.

If Obama's medical transperancy....is like his one page medical report he shared with the American people....then it lacks a great deal of credence. And forcing the American medical field to update to more electronics....is great for the high tech CEO friends businesses that Obama has supporting him.

Happy Holidays to all the Obama thread participants. This is the time of "Good Will to Men in the World". Yes that includes the females of our species, who deserve it much more than the men in the world.

This has been a heck of year for this laddie. What was gleamed earlier in the year..on dNA and Islam, Sharia Law, and now later in the year on the NKorea Nuclear programs. I hope adds up for some positive changes in the world.

Will it? Nothing here is a sure thing, except that God loves us. That is the best reason to get up another day, and struggle thru it. I know it is tough. It was designed to be.

I just viewed some NASA Hubble imagery....found here. They pointed the Hubble into dark areas of the sky. So small a area, it was a grain of sand at your arm's reach. Nothing there to be seen? Right? Wrong. 1000s of expanding glaxies laid into those dark areas that Hubble imaged. Moving further into a void that no man will ever see with a star ship. And what is that void, if not more space?

A time ago they wanted to cancel the Hubble for NASA deficit cuts. Not so long as the light that is coming from these glaxies....some coming only 500,000 years after the big bang that got everything moving. But they were going to cut the Hubble. This laddie was one that said no, don't do that. We need to peer into the farthest realms of existence. We are not afraid of what is out there. (Ironically it was near the time of the Independence Day movie).

Humans are a curious but fearless species of men, women and children with vast differences of views and opinions....but with a singular purpose to over come their obstacles. If I and 1000s of other had not spoken up about keeping Hubble, we would not know that those 1000s of glaxies existed.

Your voice matters if alone or in a choir of millions.

If I was not part of CS, I would have never seen those Hubble images of far distant glaxies. Never known that the decision to keep Hubble and the pressure placed on the NASA and the Government was the right thing to do.

Our countries are all facing deficit and austerity cut backs. They (the government have over spent) but that does not mean. That programs you so truly value cannot be kept or scaled back to provide the service. There is no reason to violence because of austerity.

Dude...the Obama's have to be slightly upset with the Royal family of England....that just jilted them on the invitiation list of the young prince's wedding.

When the Obama's were so generous to give the Queen a iPod with American music on it. You would expect some reciprocation here. How hard is a invite to the Prince's wedding?

Low profile my 40 foot trailing bridle dress and royal carriage with 10 horses and driver and footmen. You have to know that this is the wedding of the year for 2011. So the Obamas need not feel slighted.

The REP placed the gun in his hands. Molded the metal in the bullets. refined the chemical into the powder for the cartridge. Pressed the bullet into the cartridge to seat the bullet. Packaged the bullets into a box. Sent the box to the REP and Chamber of Commerce store that sold the gun and bullet to him.

And the 100 people or more in this process.....of weapon and bullet....helped him pull the trigger in the school board meeting after his wife was fired.....by the REP school board.

Is it? The Korean war of 1950 to 1952 was between the UN Forces and North Korea and China forces.

Just putting the UN there does not stop a war.

The real failure of that war.....was not the complete defeat of North Korea (the aggressor) by the UN Forces. Ever since then, the UN has been seen in the world as unable to accomplish its main mandate....ending national state wars.

Had North Korea been totally defeated then....we would not have this problem today. But that is history....we have to live in the present.

Could they not take down one golden orinament...and send it to them in GAZA...so that Hamas leaders can go to the Root's restraunt for New Years party? They are truly suffering there. Missing all those meals under the hands of the brutal Isreali oppressors.

Let me get one semi serious post in.

North Korea is threatening the south again. I know has gotten to be a habit. This time if the south has a artillery drill from the shelled island.....then the North is promising "massive relatiation". I know just like out of 1950's Black and White Korean Ware movie.

China...is urging the US "to play a constructive role". That because we always construct so well with our dollars.

Governor Richardson is tired of running New Mexico, so he is in North Korea to have talks with the Kim and his number 3 son. Richardson is going to ask them to come to New Mexico to stop the flow of illegal aliens and cartel drugs coming into New Mexico. His thinking is that if Kim methods of defending a border work between the Koreas.....they might work on the SW border. Richardson is there to see if he can borrow 200 miles of containment wire.

Having gotten the humor out of the way to begin with. This is serious stuff again. The South is relocating all civilians from the island.
And making it into a 'military island'. Not what the North Koreans wanted to hear.

Making island into hardened military complex....takes some time...but I am getting visions of Wake Island, Iwo Jima, Corrigidor, Okinawa. But having looked (via satellite imagery) at the North Korean islands in the region....the South was not the first to get this idea.

This area is only 70 miles from Soul and the other major cities of South Korea Northwest. To put it simple.....the guy that flies bottle rockets during your local 4th of July......has the range to hit Soul from here. Just about everything in the North Korean missile inventory has the range to make the flight.

So clearly the North sees this as national security prima terra. Critical land for its national security. So does the south. So we have a tug a war over some islands.....just maybe it is time for the UN to step in and declare them UN Zones for peace keeping. The best idea I have s far on the issue.

Harry Reid just pulled the 1.1 trillion omnibus bill. It died a good death.

REP forces them to read all 1800 pages of it. They estimated it would take 38 hours to read. With the other bills on the floor schedule, Reid did not have time to have it read.

We are a country of laws, Dude. Our founding document is the Constitution.
So any written law not in light with that.....is subject to being determine as unconstitutional.

I told you when they went into Obamacare....there was not a Constitutional basis for the legislation. 20 State Attroneys and now a
Federal Judge are saying the same.

They need to change the Constitution.....but that is a major deal. So they got in a hurry....and got burned.

So let us figure why....Greece is having more riots. The easy answer is the austerity programs are not liked by the left in Greece. But the
this has a deeper story and answer.

That during the good year of Greek government hand outs and benefits, the left did not complain ...they milked the system. Tapping for the benefits and freebies.

Now when the deficit unravels the countries financial...Greek bond becoming penny bond. They turn to rioting. To bottom up and top down acts that meant to crumple the Greek government. So when does this become....
treasonious?

Christmas shoppers in Athens were threatened and harassed during the riots. The bigger picture is that the street unrest, the liberals in the Greek gov't and political spectrum...think that the civil unrest will keep them in power.

What we on the outside need to look at...is when elections are suspended....when candiate are assignated....when political parties are suppressed...then Greek demoncracy is breaking down. Then you have the riots being treason. An attempt to over throw a Democratic government.

But that we are seeing....in other European countries a fraying of their democracies.....via both unrest and deficit/austerity budgets cannot be good for the democractic institutions. Liberals have used democracy to gain wealth and position in the their country, but they forgot the basic tenants of good goverace.

They elevated themselves to position by saying...we have the way....we have the solutions....let us spend your tax monies for them and the country will be better....trust us. Only it ain't so good for those Greek holiday shoppers in Athens the other day. Noone is trusting the Greek Gov't when its bond take a dive to the deep end.

The Reid/Pelosi agenda now....is to place the US into the same deficit position as many European country, like Greece. This 1.1 trillion spending bill....is big enough to tap out the US gold reserve. It is being done on purpose. To make bottom up and top down work here.

The 1.1 trillion goes to liberal causes that give little back to the society and country. But fill liberal pockets and liberal agendas. Just like Greece. Reid and Pelosi have used a failing country model to structure the US in the lame duck session. There is not a honest DEM that should support either any more.

Obama government is releasing new guidance on if a nuclear bomb is dropped on us. Or smuggled in on us. Ain't that sweet......the old duck and cover and been scratched.

Now they are saying you have to get out of the radiation for a couple of hours.....some basement....or tunnel.....or underground complex.

I also remember them saying you needed back yard bomb shelters. That went out of fashion and became homes for mushroom farms.

But having said this..... South Korea just ran its largest nuclear
device air raid test since the Korean war. I think that both US and SK
gov't know something that we don't.

Not trying to scare anyone here. But the simple fact is that nuclear devices are very real. And North Korea has along history with doing business with Iran. The Iranian leadership does not like the US. Our intell from bin laden training camps....showed material on nuclear devices.

Super man is not going to stop a nuc. Not when you have the Kims, bin Laden and Ahmerdinejads wanting so badly to use them. They are like a evil tri tag team of the WWF. One gets knocked out of the ring....the other is tossing in a nuc to clear the way for a flying leap from the corner. While the other distracts the ref (the UN).

It was not the REP that put together the most recent 1.1 trillion spending bill, guys. Nancy Pelosi..comes on TV.....talk about how the a section of the tax cuts....are going to result in a 80b increase in the deficit.

All the time, She and Reid are thinking about how to get 1.1 trillion in gov't spending passed the Congress

When it all do and said here....most of the REP will vote against the spending bill and most DEM will vote for it.

Now I am not saying 80b is figure to qwible about. But compared to 1.1 trillion

Well....none of those taking the earmark in this bill....are Tea Party elects Juan...none of the them have been oathed. So what you have is the Rhino REP....that are taking the earmarks. Many of them see the handwriting on the wall as well.

The Tea Party cut thru Rhino REP pretty well getting to the 2010.

You might have some of the REP young guns taking earmarks....to be honest I have not looked at the bill to see. If they do, mark em down as Rhino REP, ready to be shorn a horn in 2012.

This one has so many vicious come back cycles to China...that the Peking Hotel Ducks are getting nervous. When people start to ask how did NKorea make these reactors and the finger points at the next door neigbhor.....who may have broken UN Sanctions on dealing with NKorea on Nuclear developments.

I see China being bumped from the Security Council. Opps...

How does a Chinese General explain that to his not so understanding Chinese Premier.....that just had the entire Chinese National Bank Management group....sent to a worker education camp.....or worse....for the some $430b in missing American T-Bills.

It might go like this:

Chinese General: "My North Korea Reactors were compromise Comrad Premier and we were banned from the UN Security Council. I sorry to tell you this. What do you wish me to do?"
