China just started to shift on its currency position. Now I will not say be the one to say ...it has anything to do with North Korean Nuclear Reactor programs being exposed. I will let others come to that conclusion.

But hey give the exposure of the hidden North Korean reactors.....some credit here. China and North Korea are very close.....old war fighting buddies.

So China not knowing about these hidden reactors, is not likely. China had to provide much of the materials for their construction to a proverty stricken North.

So now...with the US and SKoreans pointing fingers at the NKorean programs, China wants to "distance herself from NKorea". Good luck, they share a long border.

So China seeing the 'gig' is up. Is back pedaling on its currency position, attempting to placate Washington.

If we can only now avoid the North Korea from using their unknown stockpile of nuclear devices.....then this plan has come together exceedingly well. Toys next year at Toy R Us will be cheaper, more American kids will have great a X-mas, and NKorea will under so many sanctions....that the new young leader of the country will not be able to lift his head.

Like I say.....only in America......

And this little dittie....a new finding study show black segregation in US has moved to its lowest point in 100 years.

As segregation among blacks and white moved to a new all time low. As blacks moved into white urban areas.

Data and findings from the new census are expected to confirm this.

Politically there is much at stake.

The new census is to be used by the State gov't...now most REP since the mid term....to reapprorition and draw new district lines for congressional seats.

With black population coming closer to intergrated status....it means these lines can be drawn respective of population and not by racial divide. In the past, House member like Charlie Rangel woudl hve nearly a all black district.

These new studied and the census data will give the States gov't the reason to district by population. The end of gerrymandering districts may be coming to a end.

Still there are both black and hispanic areas that are high ethnic or race congregated. But they are declining in number.

1 hour and 37 minutes ago, South Korea said it thinks that NKorea has "3 to 4 Hidden Nuclear sites". This begin to confirm the US statement of Dec 3rd that the North Korea had more nuclear sites.

South Korea at first did not believe the US claims to the additional sites.

They just bought a large copper mine in Afghanistan...oil drilling in the SA and near Cuba. But I am not totally sure I agree with the military expanse.

Why then....build the Mach 10 Dong Fung D21 Carrier Killer Cruise Missile, if China did not have intents on Tiawan? The D21 with a 900 mile range was design mainly for American Aircraft carriers. The only time in the past that they come near to China....was when China had a build up of her military for a possible invasions of Tiawan.

We would send carrier groups to the water....and China would back down.

Another question to ask. On the military side. Why China builds reloadable vertical missile silos in off her islands? If she is stay to her self imposed limit of several 100 nuc tipped missiles. Why are her island silos reloadable?

Then you have her growing fleet of super quiet subs.

Just some of the questions, we have here on China's military.

Maybe the US should build super quiet Boomer Subs and reloadable missile silos...I wonder how far START agreement with Russia would get if we did.

If you read McViegh bio, then you would know that he was not a declared REP. He was a right wing radical extremist....who was thought Ruby Ridge
was a illegal government operation. It was not. Most REP applauded the GOV't action on Ruby Ridge.

There s big difference between the a average declared REP and a right wing extremist on the political spectrum. Right wing extremist will step over the line to violence. While declared REP, will enter the military to defend the country at times using violence.

One is acting alone and independant. The other is acting under legal orders and in a group environment. Why is that so hard to understand?

President Obama does not have any problem using the American military to defend the country. He grasps the concept of legal violence in personal defense or defense of country. He would rather negotiate, as even most REP would. But he is not against the sword.

The day following the mid term....you had losing DEM already saying that they were going to try to win in 2012. I gave President Obama his 100 days. So did most REP prior to engaging him on health care and TARP II. DEM used their 100 days to extend the countries deficit to near unsustainable.....and to pass a unconstitutional health care bill.

They could have used far more benefitially to work across the aisleway.
Only like you, they wanted a single party government in the United States. Well they did not get it. the 2010 was a shellacking for the the DEMs...that will cost them in State government elections for years.

DEM misread the 2008 Obama vote of the people. They thought it was a mandate for new liberal ideology, a fundamental change in America. It was not. It was for a change in Washington. Not a fundamental change in America.

Having a major section of Obamacare now made unconstitutional, we can now ask why did the DEM write a unconstitutional health care bill? And did this play into the back room games and the hiding the bill thru to votes?

The answer to the first is that Obama care plays well to the DEM base of voters. This was votes to DEM leaders. Teddy Kennedy aside, DEM that passed even a unconstitutional piece of health care saw this as vote from their base.

DEM wanted this vote from thier base so badly, that they decided....collectively mind you.....to play outside the lines of the Constitution. If you don't think that they knew this.

That leads directly to the second question. Then why the razzle dazzle of the back room deals? DEM were in causcus committees agruing on how far outside of the Constitution they could write Obamacare. That is why we got the Cornhusker kickback and the other deals. Why 1000 page Obamacare was given a three day read prior to the vote. With little floor time.

The DEM to pass this version of Obamacare needed to change the Constitution first. They needed a Constitution section or admendment that would allow the government to force the private individual to acquire health insurance. But that opened the can of political worms up....that they up a socialist form of government in the US.

So they just wink wink at the Constitution and wrote a socialist piece of legislation. All the time the moderate and blue dog DEM are causing heart ache in the DEM caucus rooms....and are being soothed with special considerations in the bill.

The DEM took President Obama 2008 win as a mandate a fundamental change in the American government. In 2010 mid term and in a appeal FEDERAL court decision, they learned that the American people will direct this ship of state. The American democracy was preserved.....

DEM REP Ellison....from....yes...you know it before me....CA.

Hew wants to blow up the American economy.....just to punish REP. Ellison is unhappy....that more benefits for unemployed are not coming prior to X-Mas. His solution.....ruin the American economy.

The foolishness of CA that place a joke like Ellison become so obvious.
He is a fire breather...like Greyson...Emanuel...to get REP and Tea Party politician to come into the media debate on his absurb comments and logic.

This give him and the DEM some media.....on a controversial issue.


Like Greyson just ignore him....he is a fly in the ointment to be replaced in the 2012.

Well......teh REP did take over in Novmber.....let take each one see if it has come true.

1) Shut down gov't...no REP that I know off is going to shut down gov't
2)Privatize Social Security.....this one has some backers....just enough to fund a study to see in privatized social security program is more effective and less costly. No harm in a study to get the fact here, yes?
3)Investigation the Obama Admisntration....well come on now...it is not like he has ran a prefect term. The Chinese T-Bill scandle, the NYC Mosque, the flip on the missile defense for Europe, START negotiation with Russian when the stan country was being cou.....I could go on.....but curious minds want to know.
4) DEM can pass the DREAM bill in the lame duck session. But seem to be leaving it hanging
5)Cap and Trade.....yes it is dead int eh water
6)Our financial crisis? You are cutting and pasting Dudester.....
7)slash food stamps program..... Food stamps is the most abused benefit program in the FED program. REP want to stream line and to take the corruption out the program
8)Roll back equal right for gays..... rumor rumor Dudester. The miltiary ask don't tell was just done in by the DEM lame duck session.
9)Abandoned the unemployed...... more rumor Dudester....REP slowed up several unemplopyed benefit packages....but each time they were passed

House Dems are back pedaling on the Tax cut vote. They see the ledge and feel the pressure to push them over. Some of the displaced DEM want to make return tries...in 2012....so if they hold up tax cut....they are going to be seen as taxers.....not the best way to get reelected.

So they say that the House will vote them in by Friday. I think that is the case.

Obama shift in medical budget cuts for medicare...is starting to tkae there toll. Remember the AZ man with kidney transplant needs and could not find funding for it?

Starting to happen all over the country. Medicare is a shared budget progream...between the State and FED gov't. So with the economic issues...the job losses...the state taxes revenues were cut back.

Obama trims out about 410b from medicare to put into his Obamacare.

Between the two cuts....medicare is suffering fiscally. Transplants are not getting done. Teeth are being pulled instead of drilled. Minor surgeries are being placed on hold. Pharamacies are being closed.

In the past.....when states had a short fall in taxes....the FED would bumb up it share of Medicare. Not this time. With the FED medicare budget froozen by Obamacare till 2014....Americans will be suffering till then....

That is why earlier President Obama...when he had 1 on 1 talks with North Korea....walked away from them. Kim was willing to put the North Korean nuclear program on the table....but President Obama did not want to talk....because of the 130,000 political prisoners in the north.

The President began to apologise soon after he took office. He first brought and then left Clinton on the stage...to get votes for him on the taxes. If he cannot get a tax vote...well he is first President in long time not get his taxes done.

Creating those government job with those shovel ready projects??? I told you the story of Florida speed rail. The FED gov't....gave teh state $300m more for high speed rail. But the state still does not have the property to run the rail lines.

All the time...the price per acre of those on the rail goes up and up and up. Eventually there will be one last guy holding out......and holding up this multi billion project. The state will offer more and more and more...for maybe a 100 foot of critical property.

They will try emmitte domain on him. he wil fight it in court. Then to the State supreme court. Then to the Federal court. Then to the Supreme court.....all the time....bulldozers are stopped at his property line.
It will them 10 years to get him off the land.....

Media is making light on the judge ruling. But he knocked a big hunk of Obamacare out.

He found that it is unconsitutional to the Commerce section of the Constitution to require by law... a person to have health insurance.
It is the main case the of the various State Attroney were making. 20 different different state have filed on this section of the law.

The Florida case....is headed to appealant court as well. So this is the Virgina case....there are 18 other cases filed on it.

I was one of the few here supporting the Abbas and Netanhyu peace talks.

On the other side....you had the pro flottila group, the pro Gaza tunnel group, the pro Hamas group, the pro Hezbollah group, the anti Massad group, the historical anti Isreali warfare group, not to mention wikileaks sharing everyone's CS secrets to the world.

I ask SB a simply but very loaded question....if Netanhyu is not the man to negotiate for the Isreali.....who is? No reply. Mainly because SB knows that Netanhyu is a dully elected President of Isreal. He is the only one that can negotiate for Israel. But the anti Isreali groups don't want to recognize his presence at the table.....because they don't want to recognize Isreal at all....

Assange and wikileaks is doing a great job at stopping those wars. They have more troops in Afghanistan now....than when Assange started his releases. And prior to Assange and Wikileak....the North Koreans were actually at the table talking about nuclear disarmaents.

But then Wikileaks and the world needs to know what the 'issues' are.
Assange obliges....and North Korean is shelling the south and sinking the Chonean. Afghanistan is heating like a fried egg on a tin plate on a hot day in the out back.

Just maybe the world knowing all the inner details of negotiations....is causing rogue nations like North Korea.....security fears? That if they negotiate with the US and Skorea....the next day every word negotiated is on the net by wikileaking?
