I'll be voting for the last option. I generally stay out of those types of threads, along with the politics type ones, too. Reason being is... I feel that life is waaaaay too short to sit & argue over a difference of opinions. I'd rather agree to disagree, personally. But, in those threads (as mentioned above), I've observed that for many people, it's difficult to agree to disagree - cause they think their opinion, feeling, belief, knowledge, etc. is the only and / or right way...
I'll pass on all that unnecessary drama, thanks...
You seem a bit needy and defensive. Try not to expect to find your one, true love here. Sure, it's possible - but maybe expand your horizons... Be fair to yourself, and don't demand instant results.
If you aren't together anymore, you are 'broken-up', and that fact is crystal clear to both/all parties... Then my feeling is that what you or they do after the fact is not a substantial factor pertaining to any sort of "cheating".
I had a very similar situation some years back, but it got worse as time went on. I had to resort to calling the cops. That took care of the problem, thankfully.
RE: remove the religious thread category?
Now that is subjective, me thinks...
