I have driven in many,many countries,and i have to say,the standard in the UK is high compared to many others.

Actually, roundabouts a newish here,possibly only in the last 15yrs,so many drivers have no experience with them.
At least they dont speed, its too much like hard work for them
but the pleasure was short lived when she took it off!

hi True. It might surprise you that the laws to civer this type of driving have been out for more than 30yrs!"Driving without due care and attention" and
"Driving without reasonable consideration to other road users" Both carried fines and points.
The police would report the offenders,but the CPS would just caution the offenders by letter.
