Yeah that would come under incitement....that's all I was saying by posting that excerpt is that speech has to fall under a certain category in order for it not to be protected under the first amendment and that things we think offend the first amendment don't unless they fit into said categories.....
That happened to me too...luckily I had updated my fb with my newer email address....I recommend that and then it will let you log in with the new one if the old one ceases to work.....
we're all adults who can discern what we're going to believe and what we're not...also we have choices for those who don't behave as we think they should...we can at the very least ignore them or choose not to take part....just like everything else in life people aren't going to behave the way we want or expect them too....that's just the way it is on or off the net.....

I chose it on purpose a couple times...it didn't hurt...I don't think my rep suffered any and I wasn't stoned because of it.....
