Nothing funny has happened to me this week, fat leg, feeling miserable.
But I was visiting a client in London at a hospital, we used to assess their HODS, I went to the lavatory, and thought I had locked the door, I was there, as you do, tinkling away, and suddenly the door opens, a doctor, he was stunned that he had walked in on me, and I looked at him and said.
'Can I help you'? With my knickers and sat on the crown peeing as though it was coming into prohibition.
No the State of Michigan is assisting you in the finishing of your education.
And absolutely nothing wrong with that.
And yes, I agree, from a UK standpoint, alot, I am brave enough to most, but alot of our young mums are on benefits, so I do understand your points and views there.
Rather than saying 'do not get pregnant, I encourage them to be active in their sports, their team work, do charity work have fun and show how to do that safely, rather than saying 'if'
Show children what life can be like, they will want that.
But, what I do say, is this., if you are ever in trouble guys, you come home to Mum and together, WE work out the best option and the best forward.
There is a difference.
Here is a small example, of why I never say to my children do 'not' do something.
You put a hot plate down in front of them, 'do not touch it is hot' straight away, they will touch it.
An old sayiing, 'If you want something doing, ask your kids not to do it'
A whole ocean of information on how to bring up children, what we should be doing, but I am a parent, I am still learning to be one, I will until I leave this palnet, because each stage is different.
Parenting is about love and support, encouragement, guidance, and helping them to make decisions, but they will come across tough times, how they handle and front up to those.
Sarah PALINS daughter, being pregnant is of no consequence, to the election, it does not show her or her daughter in a bad light, it shows that they are human and that they are a functional, loving supportive family. Regardless of their political postition.
Now, from my limited little brain, I see nothing wrong with that whatsoever.
When I was home this summer, I said to my brats, lets have a weekend away and you can choose.
They choose Blackpool.
It is for the soft underbelly of Britain, but we had a fantastic time, we loved it, laughed on the donkeys, ran over the beach, went up the tower, had fish and chips, went on the Big one, we had a blast and caught the trams all the way down the prom.
I grew up near there, it was a holiday place for me as a child. To bring back those memories with my own children was wonderful, and we have never laughed so much.
American people, not all of them, are the subject of many jokes in the UK, not that the Brits are much to go by.
But they are loud, eat sloppily.
Yet as a Brit who has lived in the US, they know about customer service, love the Brits and are charming. Although I disliked living in Texas, just not suitable for a British Snob.
That was the way you were raised, I respect that, I am assuming your parents were out of their teens before they had you?
It was disgraceful when I was at High School too, because soceity have made us that way, but times have changed, I had my first child at 20, one year above being a teen.
I was not living off the state, you are generalising.
I had my children young, I am pleased I did, I am now young enough to be able to support them.
You have never lived off the state?
It is there, I am saying that I agree that people should live of it forever, but it is there, I hardly think Bristol Palin will be living off the state, do you?
Standards? Whose standards>? I have my own standards for my children, not what the rest of the world think.
Not all teenage mothers suffer, those that are uneducated, live a vicious circle, because they did not have parents that were tooled yes, they will suffer, but rather than slate these people, is it not time as a developed soceity to support our youngsters?
RE: HAS ANYTHING FUNNY HA-HA HAPPENED TO YOU THIS WEEK?

I need to find a hotel.
So much to do. ]
