I am sure your apology, Mike, will be measured, considered and meaningful. The recipient I am sure will appreciate it. Hey, you are no idiot, we drop clangers and big ones sometimes,, but we have the ability to speak, we can do we what we can to apologise, we cannot own if the person we have upset does not accept our recovery process.
