RE: Thoughts on being one of those "Nice Guys"

Most nice guys are nice guys because they have been brought up to be that way. Either by emulating someone that they admire, or by being the polar opposite of the "father figure" in his life. (that's my case) I've said this a million times over the years, nice guys finish last. Always have, always will. Part of being nice, apparently, stems from a lack of a solid backbone. Sometimes you gotta fight when you're a man (credit Kenny Rogers) Going along to get along will get you a last place finish. Not having courage of your conviction, Last Place again. I guess you should lose the "nice guy" mentality...and concentrate on being a GOOD MAN, instead.

I'm a real bad boy....but I'm a real good man.
