It wouldn't bother me further into the relationship.. I think if we had discussed it first too.. yanno like if he said.. *Oh I have this coupon blah blah blah* ...
But if he just sprung it out when we went to pay.. it would make me think he had been secretly thinking about saving money.
If it were at the start.. it would put me RIGHT off.
I have bought a book for some of my clients families.. its called the 36hr day. (based on how much longer in a day it takes to care for someone with Alzheimers) It's a good book should you ever want to get it for your mum.
I watched one husband have a total mental breakdown over the pressure of caring for his wife. She ended up in a home.. and so did he. (just a different kind)
Both from perfect 'normal' upstanding organised citizens.. to complete and total chaos.
The brain cells are like leaves dropping from a tree in the Autumn.
There a sizeable link between Alzheimers and aluminium (found in stomach acid/heart burn meds)
