Thiers only one way to find out if you can be more than friends and that is to tell her. You have been talking to this woman for 12 months you should be able to talk to her honestly and get a honest answer. If it were me l would prefer you to let me know exactly what you are feeling and where you would like the relationship to lead. If you hesitate she may think you are only interested in friendship. And yes you risk getting told no but at least your not holding on to false hope then and she may very well say yes
Are the switches clipsal, if they are had you just turned anything electrical on? It may have shorted your power out thierfore the switches did the saftey thing and turned themselves off? That was happening to mum and we later found out it was a faulty element in her hot water service not naughty children.
