I was just line trimming my front lawn and my pet pigeon who just turned up on my roof about 3 months ago and never left flew down onto the front lawn and then proceeded to eat his wheat while l walked all around him line trimming all the garden edges, its so nice when an animal trusts you that much.

My oldest brother was a walking accident waiting to happen. He has shot homself in the foot with a pea rifle, fell over a fence and bruised his kidneys, stood on his hunting knife, put a pick into his foot, dropped a steak knife into the top of his foot just to name a few of his accidents. Mum use to work at the Hospital and always knew why she was been paged by the Emergency department.

Yes it was my very naughty brothers who showed me what they could do to a mailbox The same brothers when supposedly grown up saw a big t/snake and decided it would make a great belt, so they tried to shoot it in the head. Well they missed pissed the snake off no end and it actually chased them, they tried to slow it down by throwing the rabbits they had shot at it. So in the end they had no belt and no rabbits and came thru the door looking white as sheets.

Did you ever have them made into soup, the flavour of the broth was divine and if cooked long enough the meat just fell of the bones.

Last milkman l remmember was when l was in primary school and we use to get those little bottles of milk to drink, they were so yummy.

Over the last month if lm remmembering the article l read correctly, 22 sheep and lambs have been either killed or had to be put down. Another 20 have survived the attacks. You can almost understand it when its wild dogs they are hunting to survive but people pets roaming at night and forming packs and just going on a killing rampage is hard to understand or accept. Why arnt those pet dogs kept under control at all times. Its not difficult to build a fence to keep your dogs where they belong.

Farmers in my area have lost sheep latley to wild dogs, it is suspected that they are hunting dogs that have either been lost or dumped.

lve got a friend who farms rabbits, l get two bunnies for $20.00. They are bigger than the wild rabbits and the meat doeant have that gamey taste that wild rabbit can sometimes have. Most the time l get them for nothing cause l help her with her dogs ( German Shepherds) and she pays me in bunnies, eggs or fresh vege's
