Plumber actually, he did the sewer conection, paid him up front for the hot water system as well but he never came back to install it. Need some lights and switches out the back but cant find electrician has the time around here. Was easy at the other house 1 lives across the road.
had a possum in the ceiling couple of times it did some amazing things recently had a bird in the wall scratched for about 3 weeks then dont know if it died or got out
