Im a fan of food any food fast slow or in-between. My father was a butcher too specializing in small goods. Definitely high quality meat delivers high quality taste. My father use to make great black pudding to the original English- Scottish recipe as well as to the liking of Italian, Yugoslav, Check ..etc The demand was so high he could never make enough of it. Not many people like it, to me it was one of my favourite sausages.
Is maccas or kfc any more harmful for you than deep fried fish and ships?


My theory is this: Today we have pills to keep your cholesterol manageable as well as aspirin to thin your blood if need be. So in my opinion, eat it enjoy it because the way the economy is going who knows tomorrow you might not be able to afford it.

The Myth: Fast food is bad for you

A constant diet of nothing but fast food may not be the healthiest choice you can make, but then again, eating macaroni and cheese every night is not very healthy either. Variety and moderation are the key to good eating and health. If you feel like a cheeseburger, eat one.

Love, life and beliefs are your own personal journey even amongst those who might be experiencing any of those feelings. To believe in higher than yourself is like waiting for Santa Clause, somehow hoping that he will fulfil your wishes because you were good. No one can change your life but YOU, so, there is no point standing in the eternal line of hopefulness waiting for handouts. JMO
